Lyudmila joined the company in 2011. Since 2014, she has been leading the Accounting Department with a team of 70 experts.
Lyudmila is in charge of company’s accounting and tax reporting services. She advises SCHNEIDER GROUP's clients on current legislation, supervises projects for accounting & tax review to identify and mitigate associated risks, and supports internal and external statutory and tax audits.
Ludmila also manages the HR department consisting of more than 20 specialists, which provides clients with HR management services, consulting on migration and labour law issues and much more.
Lyudmila's portfolio includes more than 50 projects for companies in various industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, construction, retail, and services.
She regularly participates in seminars and trainings organized for clients by the company.
Ludmila's cumulative professional experience in accounting, IFRS and taxation exceeds 23 years.
She graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Accounting and Audit. She has an MBA diploma from the International Academy of Business, specializing in Finance. She is a certified professional accountant and tax consultant of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mariya Nazarova
Tax Director, Kazakhstan
Mariya joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2018. She advises the company's clients on local and international taxation, provides accounting and tax review services, assists SCHNEIDER GROUP’s clients during tax audits, supports them with filing appeals for tax refunds, reviews and drafts investment agreements.
Mariya has more than 15 years of professional experience, including working at PwC.
She earned her master's degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University.
Assel Rakhmetkaliyeva
Legal Director, Kazakhstan
Assel Rakhmetkaliyeva joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2024 as Head of Legal Practice. She specializes in civil and corporate law, with extensive experience in corporate relations and construction. Assel has over 12 years of experience handling international contracts and transactions.
Before joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, she worked on the BAKAD (Big Almaty Ring Road) public-private partnership (PPP) project – one of the largest infrastructure PPP projects in Kazakhstan, financed by the private sector. She gained extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector in PPP and EPC Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Assel has a higher legal education from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Master of Laws (LLM in International Economic and Trade Law) from Brunel University of London, UK and an MPA degree from KIMEP University, Kazakhstan.
She speaks Kazakh, Russian and English.
