Kirill joined the company in 2009 as a senior tax expert and gradually worked his way up to Partner, leading 3 SCHNEIDER GROUP offices in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Kirill is in charge of development of the company services portfolio, including accounting outsourcing and HR administration, legal and tax consulting, IT solutions implementation and HR support, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation projects. Kirill manages a team of 120 experts in 3 offices in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. He has extensive experience in finance and risk management, as well as deep knowledge of international taxation. Kirill has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Canada-Eurasia Chember of Commerce (CECC) since 2014 and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Union of German Economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan (VDW). Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Kirill worked for Ernst & Young Kazakhstan. He actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at local and international conferences and preparing professional articles for industry media.  Kirill graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) with a degree in Finance. He received an MBA degree from De Montfort University in 2024.

Alexey joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2005. His was responsible for establishing IT services business line in the company - projects on implementation of 1C solutions in local subsidiaries of international companies and their integration with ITAN module for international reporting, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Navision used in head offices of international companies. Alexey’s most notable projects in SCHNEIDER GROUP include: implementation of 1C solutions for international clothing and footwear manufacturers, both in the luxury and mass-market segments; implementation of “1C:Complex Automation” and its integration with ITAN module for international accounting and SAP system in the head office for one of the world's leading toy manufacturers; implementation of “1C:Manufacturing Enterprise Management” and its integration with SAP and logistics systems in the head office for a Japanese car manufacturer. Alexey was appointed a Partner in 2022. His current area of responsibility is accounting outsourcing and financial management services. He heads the company’s FACE (Finance and Accounting Centre of Excellence) department. Alexey is a graduate in information technology. His second university degree is in economics and business management. He also has a diploma in finance and credit.

Nodir became Director of the Tashkent office in September 2018. He is responsible for the development of services provided by the Tashkent office, including accounting outsourcing and automation, ERP implementation and integration, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Nodir worked for 18 years for Uzbekistan Airways in increasingly responsible positions, starting as Head of External Affairs and completing his job for the airline as Head of representative offices in Kazakhstan, Greece, and Spain. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance and international consulting. Nodir earned a degree in Finance, Consulting, and Venture Management from Emory University (Atlanta, the USA) and a degree in International Business from the Tashkent State University of Economics, where he taught Management Accounting course after the graduation. Nodir speaks 5 languages: Russian, English, Uzbek, Spanish and Greek.

Natalia joined the company’s Minsk office in 2009. She is in charge of the services offered by SCHNEIDER GROUP in Belarus: accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, compliance, interim management as well as business setup and manufacturing localisation. Natalia has extensive experience in accounting, financial and management reporting, taxation of subsidiaries of international companies and foreign representative offices in Belarus.  Natalia actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at various conferences and seminars. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Natalia worked as chief accountant for international companies in manufacturing, energy, construction and professional services industries. She has over 20 years of professional experience. Natalia graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with a degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit. She is a certified expert in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR RUS) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Natalia speaks Russian, Belarusian and English.

Lyudmila joined the company in 2011. Since 2014, she has been leading the Accounting Department with a team of 70 experts. Lyudmila is in charge of company’s accounting and tax reporting services. She advises SCHNEIDER GROUP's clients on current legislation, supervises projects for accounting & tax review to identify and mitigate associated risks, and supports internal and external statutory and tax audits. Ludmila also manages the HR department consisting of more than 20 specialists, which provides clients with HR management services, consulting on migration and labour law issues and much more. Lyudmila's portfolio includes more than 50 projects for companies in various industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, construction, retail, and services. She regularly participates in seminars and trainings organized for clients by the company. Ludmila's cumulative professional experience in accounting, IFRS and taxation exceeds 23 years. She graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Accounting and Audit. She has an MBA diploma from the International Academy of Business, specializing in Finance. She is a certified professional accountant and tax consultant of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Elena has been with SCHNEIDER GROUP since 2010, starting out as an accounting assistant, to now being the Director for ERP & Financial Management, CPA.  She specializes in accounting, taxation, and financial management. She has participated in and led accounting projects for clients from various industries, applying deep knowledge in accounting for wholesale and retail trade, logistics, agriculture, real estate, professional services, hotel business, manufacturing, IT, and representative offices of foreign companies. Elena is focused on meeting clients' needs to the fullest extent, ensuring legislative compliance. Elena has successfully conducted audits of accounting and tax records, offered clients options for optimization in the financial sphere. Her special areas of professional interest include preparation of financial reporting according to international standards (including IFRS and HGB) and accounting automation. Elena has experience in leading projects related to migration from foreign accounting systems (SUN, SAP) to 1C, setting technical tasks, and possesses profound knowledge of 1C software. She has also led client projects that involve data migration from various software (SAP, Opera, Materials Control) to 1C. Elena graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics with a degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit and is a certified chief accountant of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia. Elena speaks 4 languages: Russian, English, German, and French.

Sergey joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2018. He is responsible for projects in accounting and taxation and advises company clients on accounting and management reporting setup, business process efficiency assessment and operational risks identification.   Prior to SCHNEIDER GROUP, Sergey worked as chief accountant at industrial and agricultural enterprises and manufacturing and construction companies for over 10 years. Sergey has a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management and constantly improves his accounting and tax qualifications.
