1C / SAP implementation and integration

Sergey joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in Q4 Y2023 as ERP & IT Director, taking responsibilities for both internal IT operations excellence and external ERP services rendered to numerous clients among all SCHNEIDER GROUP offices. His prior experience includes in-house CIO/CTO roles ensuring business continuity and effectiveness increase through Information Technology for Manufacturing, Distribution, Advertising international holdings; also ensuring successful implementations of complex ERP business solutions as Project Director for major O&G, Mining, FMCG and other companies, often above stakeholders expectations and overcoming various challenges. Sergey’s core competencies include Systems Integration & Architecture Design, IT Audit & Management, Business Processes Optimization & Digitalization, Information & Data Security. Sergey graduated from Moscow State University (Chemicals, Engineering Ecology), speaks native Russian, fluent English, a bit French, German, Latin.

Lyudmila joined the company in 2011. Since 2014, she has been leading the Accounting Department with a team of 70 experts. Lyudmila is in charge of company’s accounting and tax reporting services. She advises SCHNEIDER GROUP's clients on current legislation, supervises projects for accounting & tax review to identify and mitigate associated risks, and supports internal and external statutory and tax audits. Ludmila also manages the HR department consisting of more than 20 specialists, which provides clients with HR management services, consulting on migration and labour law issues and much more. Lyudmila's portfolio includes more than 50 projects for companies in various industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, construction, retail, and services. She regularly participates in seminars and trainings organized for clients by the company. Ludmila's cumulative professional experience in accounting, IFRS and taxation exceeds 23 years. She graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Accounting and Audit. She has an MBA diploma from the International Academy of Business, specializing in Finance. She is a certified professional accountant and tax consultant of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Nadezhda joined the company in 2010, starting as office administrator and in-house translator. Currently, she is managing SCHNEIDER GROUP SPb business development department, responsible for client acquisition – starting from commercial offer preparation to post-project support, including contracts management, billing, migration support (invitation letters, work visas) and event management for the clients. Nadezhda supports branches and subsidiaries of international companies in Russia from automotive, construction, retail and logistics industry in the establishment of efficient business-processes. She facilitates communication between local employees in St. Petersburg with the head offices abroad and supports clients in coordination with suppliers, authorities and business partners.  Nadezhda graduated from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia with a degree in Linguistics and Translation. She also holds a master's degree in Strategic and Corporate Management from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and speaks Russian, English and German.

Nikolay joined the company’s Minsk office in 2014 as senior programmer. He is now holding the position of 1C architect.  Nikolay specialises in design and support of information systems based on the Russian 1C platform: analysis of the requirements to the information system, design, IT architecture setup and performance optimisation (servers, database management systems, exchange interfaces with other information systems), setup of distributed databases / data exchange interfaces, configuration of data exchange mechanisms. He is responsible for diagnostics and analysis of technical issues during 1C implementation projects, program code and information system performance optimisation.  Nikolay has deep knowledge n accounting, tax, and payroll calculation. He has over 12 years of professional experience. He earned a degree in Automated Data Processing Systems from the Belarusian-Russian University (Mogilev).

Roman joined the company in 2019 as 1C specialist. He is currently holding the position of 1C consultant. Roman supports employees of SCHNEIDER GROUP’s clients on questions of efficient 1C systems usage. He has more than 7 years of professional experience.  Roman graduated from Saint Petersburg Mining University (formerly, National Mineral Mining University) with a degree in Information Systems and Technology.
