Business checkup

A business health checkup is a rapid diagnostic assessment of your company’s overall condition, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the current state of key business functions along with recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

As a company grows, the focus of management and staff often becomes dispersed across numerous tasks. This can result in critical warning signs of potential issues going unnoticed, thereby increasing risks to the business’s stability.

Even the most successful businesses can face challenges if their “health” is not regularly monitored and warning indicators are not tracked.

How is the checkup conducted?

We offer a straightforward and swift approach to evaluating your company’s operational effectiveness and risk management. As part of the business health check service, our experts will:

  • Analyze financial statements and key financial metrics
  • Review documentation related to core business processes
  • Conduct a series of interviews with key personnel to identify problems and validate hypotheses
  • Organize a roundtable discussion with management to present and deliberate on the findings
  • Prepare an action plan for process improvements and the monitoring of necessary changes

The results of the health check will be compiled into a concise report, which includes an overview of identified weaknesses, a risk heat map highlighting areas of concern and growth opportunities, as well as conclusions and expert recommendations.

Regularly conducting a checkup helps detect management issues early, avoiding emergency measures and unnecessary expenses related to recovery or restructuring.
