The data processing in the context of providing services for the purposes mentioned above is normally controlled by legal entity SCHNEIDER GROUP – the service provider. Where several SCHNEIDER GROUP legal entities jointly work on services, they normally act as separate processors as they provide their services in respect of the relevant jurisdiction where they are based. However, if they are to act as joint processors, the SCHNEIDER GROUP legal entity charged with providing the service is designated as the single point of contact for data subjects in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The period for which the personal data is stored
We retain personal data only for as long as there is a legitimate reason or other legal ground to do so, and will keep these legal bases under review. If there is no longer a legal ground for the data to be retained, we will erase personal data securely, or in some cases anonymise it.

Which rights do you have?
At your own discretion, you can at any time:

- request access to and receive information about your personal data, including their copies;
- update and correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
