Jolita joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in July 2023 as Head of the office in Vilnius, Lithuania, where she is now responsible for the development of the service portfolio including accounting outsourcing, recruitment, financial, tax and legal advisory, compliance, interim management, as well as business set-up and other services.
Jolita's professional experience in management and accounting in international companies runs to more than 15 years. Jolita worked for seven years as CFO at one of the leading national travel agencies, where she was in charge of implementing a new accounting system as part of the company transformation. She worked for several years at a non-governmental organisation as Director of Finance and Administration, with areas of responsibility including integrated financial management, growth potential assessment, human resource development programmes, and IT projects. Prior to this, Jolita was Director of Economics, Internal Audit and IT and Board Member for Hospitality at one of the leading chemical manufacturers.
Jolita's core competencies include financial planning and business strategy development, business transformation and human resource management, as well as management in an intercultural environment.
Jolita Lieparskiene graduated from Vilnius State University with a degree in Economics. Jolita completed the Executive Master of International Business Administration program at the Baltic Management Institute and MBA at Vytautas Magnus University.
Jolita speaks Lithuanian, English, Russian and Serbo-Croatian.
