Paulina Pacholczyk joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2020 as attorney-at-law and was appointed Head of the Warsaw office in 2025.
She is responsible for the development and delivery of services provided by the local office, including accounting outsourcing, HR & Payroll outsourcing, EOR solutions, tax and legal consulting, compliance, legal address, and business setup, reflecting the full scope of responsibilities managed by the Warsaw office.
As a lawyer, Paulina holds the professional title of Attorney-at-Law and was recognized as one of the Top 10 General Counsels of the Year 2025 in Poland. She graduated in Law from Jagiellonian University and is fluent in Polish and English.
Her legal practice focuses on labour law, corporate law (including company formation, mergers, and liquidations), operational support, and, in recent years, sanctions law. She advises both domestic and international clients, providing strategic guidance on corporate governance, employment matters, and complex legal transactions.
