Ulf Schneider founded his SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2003.  He is the President and owner of the well-established consulting enterprise that offers international companies services for their market entry and expansion in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Ukraine  and Uzbekistan.

He also is the CEO and Publisher of the owc Foreign Trade Publishing House, a German publishing house, rich in tradition, whose print and online media focus on Russia, CIS, China and Africa.

Anne Ramsay
Group HR Director, SCHNEIDER GROUP
Anne joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in September 2021 as HR Director, where she is coordinating the development and implementation of HR strategy throughout all offices.

Anne has spent over 25 years working in HR for major global companies, 18 of those years driving the people agenda in Executive Board level positions. She has delivered cross-functional redesign and restructuring programs, involving all levels of internal and external stakeholders, and has led strategic transformation and culture initiatives.

Anne speaks English and Russian.
Mariya Nazarova
Tax Director, SCHNEIDER GROUP Kazakhstan
Mariya joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2018. She advises the company's customers on local and international taxation, provides accounting and tax review services, assists SCHNEIDER GROUP’s clients during tax audits, supports them with filing appeals for tax refunds, reviews and drafts investment agreements.

Mariya has more than 15 years of professional experience, including working at PwC.
Nodir Ayupov
Partner, SCHNEIDER GROUP Uzbekistan
Nodir became Director of the Tashkent office in September 2018.

He is responsible for the development of services provided the Tashkent office, including accounting outsourcing and automation, ERP implementation and integration, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation.

Nodir earned a degree in Finance, Consulting, and Venture Management from Emory University (Atlanta, the USA) and a degree in International Business from the Tashkent State University of Economics, where he taught Management Accounting course after the graduation.

Nodir speaks 5 languages: Russian, English, Uzbek, Spanish and Greek.
