Ulf Schneider
President & Founder SCHNEIDER GROUP

Ulf Schneider founded his SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2003.  He is the President and owner of the well-established consulting enterprise that offers international companies services for their market entry and expansion in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Ukraine  and Uzbekistan.

He also is the CEO and Publisher of the owc Foreign Trade Publishing House, a German publishing house, rich in tradition, whose print and online media focus on Russia, CIS, China and Africa.

Evgeny Roshkov
Executive Partner, KESAREV
Evgeny Roshkov has over 26 years’ public affairs experience. He joined Kesarev as a Partner in 2004. His primary responsibilities include providing clients with expertise in the fields of public affairs, various public policy and industry issues.

Evgeny has extensive experience in public affairs consulting projects in Russia, the CIS region and EEU. He has worked for corporations in ICT/technologies, FMCG, finance, infrastructure, healthcare, competition and regulatory.

He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), International Compliance Association (ICA), Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP) and the Issues Management Council (IMC).
